StraightSELL is a registered Microsoft Mpower partner and through this relationship with Microsoft we have developed an integration between StraightSELL and Great Plains.
The existing integration covers the following data going from Great Plains up to StraightSELL:
- Inventory item details;
- Stock levels;
- Pricing and customer special pricing;
- Customers and customer details;
- Invoices and some transaction history;
- Credit limits;
- Account balances.
- Consignment note and ship via details so that clients can be logged into the freight providers track and trace system automatically
The following data also flows from StraightSELL back to Great Plains:
- Orders
- Payments;
- New customer details where new customers register on the website or are upgraded from non-customer contacts in the StraightSELL Contact Management
