StraightSELL has worked with Business Manager software to create an integration between StraightSELL and Business Manager software for one of our existing StraightSELL clients.
The existing integration covers the following data going from Business Manager up to StraightSELL:
- Inventory Item details;
- Stock levels;
- Pricing and customer special pricing;
- Customers and customer details;
Order data is also taken from StraightSELL and placed back into Business Manager.
As client numbers increase using the StraightSELL solution integrated to BM we plan to increase the comprehensiveness of the integration between StraightSELL and BM to also include:
- Invoice data and account balances being taken from BM and displayed on the web;
- Payments going from StraightSELL into Business Manager;
- New customer details going from StraightSELL to Business Manager when new customers register online; and
- "Consignement note" and "ship via" being taken out of BM and displayed on the web through StraightSELL so that your customers can automatically be logged into your freight providers track and trace system to see where their parcel is.
