Attache was the first accounting software package that StraightSELL was integrated to. This was both a blessing and a curse for the first clients as it is with this integration that we did a lot of our learning.
Catalogue Link for Attache is now at a point where it is a very good and very stable integration tool with a depth of functionality. There is a new version of Catalogue Link for Attache that we will be releasing at the end of January 2007 that takes advantage of SOAP technology to provide more reliable and faster data transfers for customers with large data files. This version also has an upgrade to the Catalogue Link Excel export and import facility which will make life easier for those clients who wish to do their data manipulation in Excel rather than in Catalogue Link itself.
The existing integration covers the following data going from Attache up to StraightSELL:
- Inventory Item details;
- Stock levels;
- Pricing and full integration of customer special pricing and contract pricing;
- Customers and customer details;
- Invoices and some transaction history;
- Credit limits;
- Account balances.
From StraightSELL back to Attache and/or your Contact Management package:
- Orders
- Payments;
- New customer details where new customers register on the website or are upgraded from non-customer contacts in the StraightSELL Contact Management
StraightSELL is a very mature and flexible solution that offers you Ecommerce functionality and web based Contact Management functionality all in one package. It can be used to run a retail Ecommerce store, a business to business online ordering portal or to provide a mobile order entry solution for your sales force with both order entry and Contact Management functionality.
